UNIVERSE WHERE WINTER IS THE
MOST PLEASANT TIME OF THE
YEAR, PASSION FRUIT SEEMS
TO BE ALWAYS IN SEASON, A FLAT
WHITE IS THE FAVOURED PICK-ME-
UPPER, AND FASCINATING
CREATURES THAT DON'T EXIST IN
YOUR WORLD ROAM THE EARTH.
I
'm talking about Queensland, Australia, and
curiosity about the destination must be suffi-
ciently piqued given that Air Canada recently
launched its non-stop Boeing 787 service from Van-
couver to Brisbane. While the aircraft itself is,
literally, taking aviation to new heights (making for
a smoother ride), the set-up in Business and Pre-
mium Economy is what really shines, with private
lie-down seats in Business and plenty of legroom in
Premium. On such a long flight, it can be the differ-
ence between a tolerable-if-not-somewhat-pleasant
experience and excruciating agony on par with the
fiery pits of Mordor.
